What I offer
I offer in-person 1-to-1 personal training in SW London. Sessions take place in private gym studios, used exclusively by trainers and their clients. This allows for a focused, high-quality experience with full access to equipment and a calm, discreet environment.
About me
I’m Will Homer, a Personal Trainer with an elite professional rugby background, having represented both England and Great Britain. My experience at the highest level of sport has shaped the way I train and coach with an emphasis on discipline, consistency, and empowering others.
I’m genuinely passionate about helping people achieve their goals, no matter their starting point. Whether someone is rebuilding motivation, gaining confidence, or pushing for higher performance, I enjoy guiding them step by step and creating a clear path forward that fits their lifestyle and ambitions.
My focus is on providing structure, guidance, and support through high-quality coaching and helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and capable both in and out of the gym.
My approach
While my background is in elite rugby, I don’t believe training should feel exclusive, intimidating, or only suited to those with a sporting history. Whether you're completely new to the gym, returning after time away or looking to challenge your self while having someone to hold you accountable, I'd love to be a part of your journey.
During sessions with clients I adopt an holistic approach ensuring I take the whole person into account, not just their fitness level. I consider their lifestyle, goals, mindset, previous experiences with exercise, stress levels, and any barriers that may have held you back in the past.
